STRENGTH
Our Strength Essentials sessions focus on building strong foundations through progressive weight training.
Youβll learn proper lifting technique, build confidence with barbells and weights, and follow structured programming designed to help you get stronger over time.
Perfect for beginners and experienced lifters alike.
LIFT &
CONDITIONING
Lift & Conditioning combines strength training with conditioning to give you the best of both worlds.
Each session includes structured strength work paired with conditioning elements to improve endurance, fitness, and overall performance.
A great option if you enjoy lifting but also want to keep your workouts dynamic and challenging.
OTHER PROGRAMS

At Fitletic, weβre proud to host other services that support women in our community.
Every Thursday at 12:30pm, Move for Mums runs a session from our studio, hosted by Rach. These classes are designed for pre and postnatal women looking for a safe and supportive return to exercise.
Our Schedule:
Open six days per week with sessions beginning at 5am and running through to 6.30pmβ¦
