Lift & Conditioning accounts for three days of our weekly training structure and is a highly effective hybrid plan designed to build strength, improve endurance, and help you feel unstoppable.

We also cater for pre and postnatal clients in every session, with smart modifications and supportive coaching to ensure safe, empowering training for all fitness levels.

THE SESSION STRUCTURE:

Warm Up Mobility Drills – First, as a team we warm up with movement-focused drills designed to prepare your body for the program ahead.

Strength Rounds– Next, we focus on your main lift of the day, paired with strength accessories, performance drills and mobility movements to enhance form, progression & results.

Working Rounds – Depending on the day & program, our sessions will include hybrid training; focusing on full-body strength.

Fitletic studio is the best form of training I have ever done! If it wasn’t for Melia, and her encouragement I would probably still be walking on a treadmill daily, not realising my own strengths and abilities within the gym! Fitletic gives you so much!
