Our Strength sessions makes up two key days of our weekly training structure and is your go-to for building serious strength.
Whether you're an experienced lifter or new to weight training, this session delivers personalised coaching to meet you where you’re at. We also support pre and postnatal clients in every session, offering tailored modifications to ensure safe, effective training at every stage.
With a focus on mastering movement, improving form, and building a strong foundation, Strength is ideal for anyone looking to progress — no matter their starting point.
THE SESSION STRUCTURE:
Warm-Up Mobility Drills – Each session begins with movement drills designed to improve mobility and prepare your body for the work ahead, ensuring a safe and effective session.
Strength Focus – We concentrate on perfecting your technique with key lifts, making sure you understand the principles behind each movement. The focus remains on building strength through proper form. Progressions are tailored to challenge your body at the right level, allowing you to increase intensity while maintaining good technique.
Working Rounds – Weight training to compliment the main lifts of the day, ensuring you get a great resistance training session.
WHAT TO EXPECT:
📆 Personalised Training – With only 12 participants per session, you’ll receive individualised coaching that helps you progress at your own pace, whether you're perfecting your form as a beginner or tackling more advanced lifts.
⚡ Smart Programming – This program complements your overall training by focusing on progressive strength gains and refining your technique, ensuring you’re always moving toward your goals.
