Fitletic was built with one clear mission: to help women build strength, confidence, and long-term health.
In an industry that has traditionally focused on shrinking women, exhausting women, or chasing quick fixes, we believe women deserve better.
We believe women deserve education, structured training, to understand their bodies and women deserve to feel strong and capable in their everyday life.
That belief is what Fitletic was built on.
Our approach combines progressive strength training, performance based conditioning, and supportive coaching to help women improve strength, fitness, confidence, muscle mass, and overall health in a sustainable way.
Whether you’re completely new to training, returning after years away from the gym, navigating pregnancy or postpartum, or wanting to take your training to the next level, our coaching is designed to meet you where you’re at.
Why We Train Differently…
At Fitletic, we move away from the “one-size fits all” approach often seen in the fitness industry.
For too long the health and fitness industry has seen women as “small men”, studies and trials have traditionally been based on men (because a 24-hour hormone cycle is a lot easier to test on, rather then a 28 day cycle), it left women behind in the health industry.
Thankfully, it’s changing. We’re now seeing the research and studies based on women’s health, outdated advice is being overturned and it’s finally our turn in the health space!
We’re learning how to train effectively, how our hormones impact our health, how to maximise adaptation and we are learning how to build strong women, that feel good, age well and live with confidence.
With that said, we’ve built our programs around long-term progress, not punishment.
We focus on:
strength training for longevity
building muscle and bone health
improving fitness and energy
supporting women through different life stages
sustainable training habits
education and understanding
structured programming that actually progresses over time
Rather than random workouts, our sessions follow carefully planned training blocks designed to help women build strength safely and consistently. Every session is coached, scalable, and designed to support all fitness levels.
More Than Just A Workout
We know that for many women, walking into a gym can feel intimidating. That’s why creating a supportive, welcoming environment has always been a huge part of what we do.
At Fitletic, women are coached, supported, educated, and encouraged every step of the way. Our capped small group sessions allow for personalised coaching, movement modifications, and real guidance — while still creating the energy and community of group training.
We also proudly support women through pre and postnatal training, helping clients continue exercising safely and confidently through different stages of life.
